Canaries Cup Team Registration

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing and submitting the registration form for the Canaries Cup futsal tournament, the user (hereinafter referred to as "Team Representative" or "Coach") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If the Team Representative does not agree with any of the terms, they should not proceed with the registration process.

2. Nature of the Registration

This form serves as a request for registration and does not guarantee confirmation of the team’s participation in the Canaries Cup. Final confirmation of participation depends on:

  • Availability of spots in the selected division;

  • Review and approval of the team’s profile by the organization;

  • Signing of the official participation agreement;

  • Payment confirmation of the registration fee.

Only after these steps are completed will the team’s participation in the tournament be confirmed.

3. Team Information and Accuracy

The Team Representative agrees to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about the team and players in the registration form. Any changes must be communicated to the organization immediately to ensure accuracy during the review process.

4. Review and Confirmation Process

After the registration form is submitted, the organization will review the request, considering spot availability and suitability for the tournament.

  • The Team Representative will be notified by email about the status of the request.

  • If approved, the Team Representative will receive instructions regarding contract signing and payment.

  • Registration will be confirmed only after all steps are completed, subject to availability.

5. Participation Agreement

Signing the official participation agreement is mandatory to formalize the team’s entry into the tournament. Registration will only be finalized once the agreement is signed by the Team Representative within the deadline specified by the organization.

6. Health and Safety Responsibility

By registering, the Team Representative affirms that all players are physically fit to participate in futsal activities and have no medical restrictions preventing participation. The organization will not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during the tournament.

7. Fees and Payment

The registration fee must be paid by the deadline communicated by the organization. A team’s spot in the tournament is only guaranteed once payment is confirmed. If payment is not completed by the deadline, the team’s registration may be canceled.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If the team withdraws after registration is confirmed, the refund policy established by the organization will apply. Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the timing of the cancellation request.

  • If registration is not confirmed due to lack of spots, incomplete requirements, or failure to sign the agreement or complete payment, no charges will be applied.

9. Code of Conduct

All teams, players, and representatives are expected to uphold standards of fair play, sportsmanship, and respect towards referees, opponents, organizers, and facilities. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including disqualification from the tournament without refund.

10. Data Protection

Personal and team data provided in the registration form will be used exclusively for administrative and organizational purposes. The organization is committed to protecting this data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The organization reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the tournament’s official website or registration platform and will take effect immediately upon posting.
